Important information about private-school services

Ballare Preparatory Language Academy is a private school. Enrollment at a parent-selected private school does not automatically provide the same special education services, IEP implementation, or Section 504 arrangements available in a public school. Services and reasonable accommodations, when legally required, depend on applicable law and the school's circumstances. Public-school districts may have separate child-find and equitable-services responsibilities. Families may request a confidential conversation about available supports before enrolling.

Sharing this information is voluntary at this stage and does not by itself determine admission. Please do not upload IEPs, evaluation reports, or medical records through this form.

I have read the information above about private-school special education and Section 504 services.
